Swimming is an excellent full-body workout for kids, improving strength, endurance, and coordination.
Swimming is a low-impact workout for adults that builds muscle, improves flexibility, while promoting cardiovascular health.
Primary Focus: This level is tailored for children with little to no experience in swimming lessons and those who may have a fear of water.
Primary Focus: The main goal of this level is to ensure the child becomes fully safe in the water.
Key Skills: Turning and resurfacing, reaching the nearest wall, and safely exiting the pool independently.
Primary Focus: This level is for kids with little to no swimming skills, whether or not they feel comfortable putting their face in the water. They’ll learn to swim naturally and confidently.
Goal: To help kids swim safe while enjoying and playing comfortably in the water.
Key Skills: Dog paddling across the pool, kicking on their back, and practicing submersions.
Primary Focus: Kids learn to swim short distances using freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. They’ll practice using flippers and proper wall flips for each stroke.
Key Skills: To help kids confidently swim a short length of the pool using all four strokes.
Goal: Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and wall flips.
Primary Focus: Build endurance for swimming longer distances using all four strokes.
Goal: Fine-tune freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
Key Skills: Racing techniques, including flip turns and diving.
Primary Focus: Build water confidence for beginners, teach water safety, and promote swimming as a full-body workout and lifelong skill.
Key Skills: Help adults feel safe in the water, learn fundamental swimming skills from dog paddle to strokes, gain water survival skills to prevent drowning, and achieve fitness, recreational, or competitive goals.
Goal: Develop water confidence, refine strokes for advanced swimmers, build endurance, improve cardiovascular health, enhance flexibility, and master water safety basics.
